Hawaiian Black Salted Butter:  Black Lava Salt comes from Hawaii and is a blend of sea salt and purified volcanic charcoal. This salt is evaporated in above ground pools that formed naturally from lava flows. The purified volcanic charcoal adds the black coloring and also its detoxifying effects. A great exfoliant for the skin;  a great detoxifying agent for the skin and body; and naturally deodorizing, too. What could be better in a light, fluffy, moisturizing whipped butter? Not only is the black salt good for you, we thought it was a unique addition to the whipped butter that is a bit different than the other typical salt scrubs out there. Unscented.
